2025 Canadian Peace Dollar 1oz Silver

The reverse design of a coin, created by retired RCM Senior Engraver Susan Taylor, showcases a full-body portrait of Lady Peace, who personifies peace. Lady Peace is adorned in a flowing robe and wears a wreath made of maple leaves and olive branches, symbolizing the Canadian value of peace. Her calm countenance reflects composure, strength, and a quiet confidence as she extends her right arm, presenting the peace wreath as a gift to all. Lady Peace stands on the shoreline and is supported by maple leaves, which are representative of Canada. Above her, in the sky, the phrase "A MARI USQUE AD MARE" ("From sea to sea") appears, Canada's motto. The sun's rays break through rain clouds, forming the shape of a maple leaf.

On the obverse side of the coin, the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, created by Canadian artist Steven Rosati, is featured.
