2024 5oz Silver Pulsating Maple

The reverse design of Your coin features the Silver Maple Leaf (SML) bullion design created by Walter Ott. The design is struck in ultra-high relief, providing a stunning three-dimensional effect. The main focus of the design is a raised sugar maple leaf, which is set against a pulsating pattern called the "heart of the forest," representing Canada's vast forests. When the coin is tilted, a unique play of light creates the illusion of an endless forest on a misty day, with tall conifer trees appearing and disappearing from view. In addition to the forest design, the reverse of the coin also includes the engravings "CANADA," "FINE SILVER 5 OZ ARGENT PUR," and the purity standard of "9999."

On the obverse side of the coin, the forest design continues as a subtle field pattern. This side also features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, created by Canadian artist Steven Rosati.
