2026 Australian Koala 1oz Silver Bullion Coin

Koalas are iconic marsupials native to Australia, known for their distinct appearance and arboreal lifestyle. These gentle creatures are primarily found in eucalyptus forests along the eastern and southeastern coast of Australia. Koalas are famous for their round, fluffy ears, large, black noses, and gray fur. They are herbivores, with their diet primarily consisting of eucalyptus leaves, which are low in nutrients. Because of this, koalas have a slow metabolism and spend a significant amount of their time resting or sleeping—up to 18 to 22 hours a day.
